Bury Pharmacies Services - Public Survey
Local people are invited to share their experiences when using local pharmacy services in Bury. This feedback will help to ensure that pharmacy services meet the needs of local people.
Bury Council would be grateful if you could complete this short survey, which takes around 5 to 10 minutes to complete to let them know about your experience of using pharmacy services locally, in terms of ease of access, opening times and location, along with the services on offer to meet your needs.
The information gathered will remain confidential and contribute towards Bury’s refreshed Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA). The PNA will be used to help make decisions about local pharmacy services provided locally in the future.
